Oh hello there, I’m Gumley

Gumley is a Mr. Handy and serves as the supervisor of Rapidan Camp, a task he takes pride in. His job has become more difficult since the camp ran out of fertilizer, and the formation of The Storm.

He enjoys telling visitors to Rapidan about the camp and the president that built it, Herbert Hoover. However he hasn't been able to do this for several years due to nobody asking.
