The Deliverance System

Since the activation of the First Wave and Second Wave, ISAC has been collecting data on Agent behavioural patterns within our nations many Quarantine Areas and how our agents quickly turn on each other within these areas to secure the latest high-tech military gear left behind by Joint Task Force operatives. Now with Silver Creek falling victim to the most unpredictable virus contamination this nation has seen since the start of this Pandemic. The Strategic Homeland Division Research & Development Department has cleared The Deliverance System for active deployment in Silver Creek to all active-duty Division Agents heading to this area in hopes of quelling how fast Agents turn on each other while in these areas.

The Deliverance System will allow Agents to safely & quickly extract any piece of contaminated gear of their choosing when standard gear extraction is not an option. The Deliverance System is considered a safer and faster alternative way to extract high-value gear from these contaminated areas; gear extraction isn’t guaranteed as Rouge SHD elements can still intercept Deliverance System Packages. From our extensive field testing, these elements can intercept these packages by doing the following:

A.      Cutting the rope between the canister and the floatation ballon.

B.      Or by shooting the floatation ballon from afar before the device has fully ascended and been picked up by local JTF air support forces.

If you suspect any Rouge SHD element is performing either action, you are authorised to use lethal force when necessary.
